Meet the Designers

KC has operated her own firm since 1983. She has worked on hundreds of residences and businesses across the United States and in Europe. Her design mantra is to make a home or business function uniquely for the client; therefore, the design style varies according to their particular requests and locale.

She has also worked exclusively with several builders to provide the color selections for their new construction. In this capacity, she specifies flooring, architectural details, wall finishes, paint selections, and lighting for the builds.

Christie is a partner specializing in residential design for KC Savage Interiors. She focuses on room layout, furnishing selection, and kitchen design. In recent years, Christie has completed many projects in urban neighborhoods. These include row homes, where the focus on maximizing space design and efficiency of layout is paramount. 

The designers have been recognized with awards for "Best of Houzz" and the Industry Award of Excellence for Best Interior Design, as well as in publications including the Washingtonian, The Colorado Springs Gazette, and The Washington Post.
